Julian Roper is an interdisiplinary artist and researcher with works in audio, visual and written fields.

Academically, as a SCRIBE21 scholarhip recipient in Budapest he wrote his master’s thesis on Blockchain Innovation in sub-Saharan Africa (2016).

Auditorially, has directed, produced and crafted music under the moniker Presidio. Achieving nation-wide radioplay of three seperate singles (2011 & 2013).

Visually, Julian works primarily in photographic medium. Spanning a multitude of themes with a heavy contrast between natural and un-natural light.



After completing a double masters of international economy, Julian returned to Australia acting as a private consultant. Lecturing and providing a wide range of blockchain education; from token economics to self managed superfund investment.
At Australia Off Grid he was responsible for researching suppliers, future products for distribution, and co-ordinating partnerships with public/private entities.
